Michelle (she/her) is a dedicated and empathetic counsellor and mental health nurse, with 17 years’ experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. Michelle is calm, patient, curious and intuitive when working with individuals to achieve their goals. Michelle’s journey in counselling began with a profound passion for understanding human behaviour and wanting to provide a collaborative, safe, non-judgmental space for personal growth.

Clinical Experience
Michelle has worked in both community and acute inpatient settings and had the opportunity to work as a contractor for 10 years with the Australian Defence Force. She has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from adolescent to seniors dealing with grief, stress, substance use, chronic pain, anger, sleep disturbance, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, supporting these individuals seeking to overcome trauma, suicidal thoughts and other mental health conditions and building on their resilience.
